Services We Provide
Medical Clinics
We hold 8 weekly clinics, and 5 biweekly clinics, for an average of right around 40 monthly clinics. Clinics are held at convenient community-based clinics on both sides of the state line. All patients are welcome and everyone is cared for.
Medical Respite
The Carehouse serves as a place of rest and recovery for unhoused patients that are discharged from an area hospital but have ongoing medical needs and need to recover indoors. Rather than being discharged back onto the street, patients are discharged to our Carehouse, where they have a dignified place to recover.
Street Outreach
During our street outreach days, we take healthcare directly to the people; under bridges, in parks, encampments, and the places where those experiencing poverty and homelessness are accessing other services. Outreach teams, typically comprised of a medical provider, nurse, outreach worker and Harm Reduction Specialist, go out twice per week.
Supportive Services
Our support service staff includes Outreach Coordinators and Community Health Workers, provide established CBB patients with assistance in obtaining personal documents, applying for state benefits, and seeking housing options.
