CARE WE PROVIDE
Our Clinics
Click on the clinic to see the time, address, and type of clinic. We begin our mobile clinics at 5:00 pm and work down the list of stops. There is no set time that we will be at each clinic on Tuesday and Wednesday, but we do everything we can to be at every stop.
Our mobile clinic stops are forever changing to adjust to the most critical need. Follow our google calendar for the best way to stay updated on our stops.
All of Care Beyond the Boulevard's services are free and require no insurance nor any documents of any kind.
All clinics are set up for patients to walk up and receive the care they need.
Every clinic and every service is provided to anyone regardless of religious beliefs, race, sex, or sexual orientation.
